Pretty much all I ate today was raisins, peanuts and two peanut butter cookies.
Raisins - 100 calories.
Peanuts - 200 calories.
(super healthy) Peanut butter cookies - 120 calories.
And lots and lots of water.
420 calories total.
No workout, but I did some cooking and cleaning, burning like 50 calories.
So around 370 calories today.
Not bad at all.
