Pretty much all I ate today was raisins, peanuts and two peanut butter cookies.

Raisins - 100 calories.
Peanuts - 200 calories.
(super healthy) Peanut butter cookies - 120 calories.
And lots and lots of water.

420 calories total.

No workout, but I did some cooking and cleaning, burning like 50 calories.

So around 370 calories today.

Not bad at all.

Confession.
This is me. Sometimes I look at myself and I see someone skinny. Other times I can’t get over how fat I am. It really depends on the day. Today’s a good day (obviously, or I wouldn’t have taken this picture), probably because I haven’t eaten more than 200 calories in 24 hours.
When I put my feet together, my thighs touch. It grosses me out. When I button my jeans, my hips spill over. That grosses me out, too. I hate my body and I hate myself and I wish I could be happy with who I am.
But I’m only happy when I’m dieting. I’m only happy when I’m starving.
